Cardiopulmonary arrest in Matches pregnancy is one of the most dreadful situations for clinicians.Along with physiological changes in pregnancy, the time constraint to save both lives makes this situation impeccably difficult to manage.Here, we present a case of successful resuscitation of a young mother with twin pregnancies who was diagnosed with pre-eclampsia and was under antihypertensive therapy Dog Mats for 4 days.Evidently, a multidisciplinary approach, rapid response and timely intervention can alleviate both the maternal and neonatal mortality rate in pregnancies landing up on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
